This session is the very 1st session you must have with BUF. This gives you a full consultation plus a fitness analysis and goal mapping. We need to understand your needs, your wants, your body mechanics and fitness level before we can create a fitness plan for you and set you up with the right trainer on our team. You will workout during this session, but it is for the purpose of discovery and establishing a baseline in order to move forward with your training in the safest and most efficient way possible.
60-minute Nutrition counseling session
Meet with master trainer and nutritionist, Natalie, for a nutrition counseling session. She will help you make sense of your needs and guide you so you can walk away with a plan on how you can accomplish your needs and wants. If you want further help, you can discuss purchasing a customized plan.
This is a full-service 60-minute session with one of our Team trainers.
Book this session if you don't have quite enough time to train for the full hour or if you are looking for a more economical option for personal fitness training.
Online 60-min Session
There are only so many hours in a day. You may have the desire and the motivation to work with a fitness trainer, but you may not have the time to actually drive to the gym. Or, perhaps you just prefer to stay within the comforts of your own home. We've got you covered. You just need a laptop and some open space. If you have wood flooring then please also invest in a decently thick yoga mat. Download the Skype app on your computer and you'll be all set to train!
Book a 30-minute session when you do not have time to train longer than that or if you are concerned that you do not have the physical capability to train longer than that. This is also a very economical option for personal fitness training.
This is a 90-minute personal training session where one of the BUF Team trainers comes to your home.
